Ayurveda in the heart of our riad — with Maite Gurach
We are delighted to periodically welcome therapist Maite Gurach to our riad—a sensitive soul and refined guide in the art of Ayurveda.
Based between Spain, Italy, and recently Morocco, she draws from this interculturality teachings that have led her to recognize the subtle needs of the soul as well as those of the body.
Trained in India, at the SNA clinic in Ouahadashala (Thrissur), and graduated from Ayurvedic Point in Milan, Maite brings with her the authenticity of Ayurvedic medicine in its deepest form, combined with attentive, intuitive, and profoundly human listening. She has integrated this path with studies in Essene energy treatments, emotional massage learned from Vincenzo Vitillo, and extensive experience as a co-teacher at Ayurvedic retreats in Italy and abroad.
During her stays at the riad, Maite will offer personalized Ayurvedic treatments, regenerative journeys, and moments of silent presence. An invitation to slow down, listen, and rediscover your center.
